Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and Vedanshi Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”), the provider of iForecastPlan. Where you use the platform under a signed order form or subscription contract, that contract takes precedence over these terms to the extent they conflict.

2. Use of the service

You may use the website and platform for your internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, or use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

3. Accounts and access

If you are given access credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@vedanshis.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Your data

Data you upload to the platform remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The iForecastPlan platform, website, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service as agreed.

6. Fees

Where the service is paid, fees, billing and renewal are set out in your order form or subscription. Evaluations and demos may be offered free of charge for a limited period.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and may update features over time. We may carry out maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service, giving reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.

8. Warranties and liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. Termination of a paid subscription is governed by your contract.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, unless your contract states otherwise.
